No. 29 Cross-cutting faults with dike

This wooden block features a stratified sequence of maple, beech, poplar, mahogany, movingui, purple heart, and oak that are cut by two cross-cutting faults and a vertical dike of black walnut. The base of the block measures roughly 5 inches square and is finished with linseed oil and beeswax.
